This training program is aimed at those people who want to understand and customize the underlying configuration of the Norkom acquisition and detection tools, and the interface points between Norkom and your back office systems.

Technical Analysts will receive configuration and installation training prior to the initial install of the product. This will equip these employees to troubleshoot any issues that might arise, helping them to become more knowledgeable on the Norkom configuration.
