The initial part of this training introduces Configuration Analysts to building screens and workflows, while the advanced portion of this course provides the ability to use this knowledge to build specialized screens and workflows

Configuration Analysts should receive training after the scoping sessions as they will then be able to take the specifications and build screens and workflows.
