Norkom University offers a range of training courses that enable your employees to become experts in each Norkom Product. The training courses are designed to enable your employees to become self-sufficient Norkom practitioners, with the ability to make Norkom work in the way that best meets your business needs. This will lower the total cost of ownership, ensuring that you do not need to rely on Norkom for future changes.

Our hands-on classes educate and train your people to use, support and manage our products. Our objective in all specialized and flexible training programs is to accelerate transfer of knowledge on Norkom solutions from us to you. Train-the-Trainer

Norkom University recognizes that the training of employees is an overhead, both in terms of cost and also in terms of time required to upskill these employees. Therefore, Norkom takes a Train-The-Trainer approach to training. This means that Norkom will train each type of user of the system, but will also provide you with the following:
