irish-independentDublin-based financial crime and compliance software provider Norkom told shareholders at its annual general meeting yesterday that it continues to be pleased with the group's performance.

It said that with good visibility of potential revenues for the year ending March 31, 2009, the company is confident, assuming constant currency, of another year of strong organic growth in 2009.

the_irish_timesFINANCIAL CRIME and compliance software company Norkom says "disruption" in some of its retail bank clients' businesses will not prevent it from achieving analysts' expectations of 35 per cent earnings growth this financial year.

Revenues at the company jumped 64 per cent to € 41 million in the year to the end of March, helped by the acquisition during the period of US company Digital Harbor, while profits rose 12 per cent to €4.8 million.

the_irish_timesFinancial Crime and Compliance solutions company Norkom has posted pretax profits of €4.9 million for the year ended March 31st, 2008, up nearly 12 per cent from €43.3 million on the same period last year.

Revenues at the Dublin-cased company jumped 64 per cent to €41 million, helped by the acquisition during the year of US company Digital Harbor and strong organic growth.
