Client Advisory Board

At Norkom nothing is more important than our clients.  That is why we are committed 100% to developing our products and services in line with their needs and those of the overall financial services industry.

As part of our commitment Norkom hosts a Client Advisory Board (CAB) which represents the voice of the industry and collective voice of our clients.  The mission of the CAB is to act as a strategic adviser to Norkom by facilitating active dialogue, information gathering and feedback on ideas for future products, functionality, service and support offerings to enhance the value our financial crime and compliance software suite brings to the market.

Currently over ten client organizations are represented on Norkom's CAB including:

• National Australia Bank
• Fortis Bank
• KBC Bank
• AIB Bank
• Erste Bank Group

Membership is opened to Norkom clients only

Member responsibilities

• Members serve a one year term on the CAB
• Attend an annual strategic planning meeting as well as Norkom's annual client council meeting
• Participate in quarterly meetings to provide input into product strategy and direction
• Contribute to focus groups throughout the term
• Participate in the development and testing of new product and service offerings
