The Norkom Client Advisory Board (CAB) represents the voice of the industry and the collective wisdom of our client base. Consisting of a select group of individuals from our client base, the CAB acts as a strategic advisory body to Norkom. Through robust, frank, and no-holds-barred dialogue with CAB members, we gather information and share ideas for future features, functionality, services and support techniques.  to enhance the value our financial crime and compliance software suite brings to the market. 

 

CAB Membership

 

Only Norkom clients are eligible for membership. Members serve a one-year term. Current CAB members represent a worldwide spectrum of Norkom clients such as:

  • HSBC
  • Bank of Montreal
  • Standard Chartered Bank
  • Harris Bank
  • Rabobank
  • National Australia Bank Group
  • Fortis Bank
  • KBC Bank
  • AIB Bank
  • Erste Bank Group

 

Member Activities and Benefits:

  • Meet with the Norkom Management Team to review new products, new product features, service offerings and enhancements
  • Network with other Norkom clients, forming strategic alliances and connections to share best practices for combating financial crime in today’s regulatory environment
  • Assist in the shaping and direction of our annual Client Council meetings, including proposing session topics and identifying speakers

Member Responsibilities:

  • Attend an annual strategic planning meeting and Norkom's annual Client Council meeting
  • Participate in quarterly meetings to provide input into product strategy and direction
  • Contribute to focus groups throughout the one-year membership term
  • Participate in the development and testing of new product and service offerings
