 | Paul Kerley - Chief Executive OfficerPaul has a 20-year track record of successfully building and leading entrepreneurial businesses. Before founding Norkom in 1998, Paul held senior roles with Capgemini, Amdahl Corporation and System Industries. He is a graduate of Dublin City University, Dublin Institute of Technology and the College of Commerce, Dublin, Ireland. |
 | Cecil Hayes - Chief Operations OfficerCecil is responsible for maintaining Norkom's rapid growth and guiding its ongoing development through the successful delivery of Norkom's operating plans. Previously Cecil has held senior operational and financial management positions, most recently in the financial services and technology sectors, including ten years as finance director of two publicly quoted companies. Cecil is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |
 | Kilian Colleran - Chief Technical OfficerA founding member of Norkom, Kilian is responsible for product technical architecture, product delivery and implementation. He has over 18 years experience in a variety of industry sectors and previously worked with leading international businesses including Amdahl, Intel and Capgemini. He holds a first class degree in Industrial Engineering, a first class diploma in systems analysis and a first class master's degree in business studies focusing on Management Information Systems, and he is a chartered engineer, Eur Ing and a member of FEANI. |
 | Liam Griffin - Chief Commercial OfficerResponsible for Norkom’s global sales operation and worldwide alliance program, Liam joined Norkom in 1999, bringing to the company 20 years of experience selling enterprise level solutions to international blue chip organisations in the financial services, telecommunications and business services sectors. Before joining Norkom he was Director of Sales with Capgemini. |
 | Joe Friscia – General Manager and EVP of the AmericasJoe's role is to lead the continued growth of Norkom in the Americas, with direct responsibility for sales, revenue and profit as well as managing the multi-discipline team based in North America. He contributes over 20 years of experience in application software sales, marketing and professional services. Joe holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts. |
 | Alain Tayenne – General Manager, EuropeAlain is responsible for driving revenue and profit in both new and existing European markets, as well as managing the sales and service teams based in this region. He has over 15 years’ experience in financial services and software in roles including Group General Manager for Financial Reporting Systems (FRS Global). Alain holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing. |
 | Bruce Quick - Director Sales & Business Development, Asia PacificBruce joins Norkom to lead the business development and growth of Norkom in Asia Pacific. Before joining Norkom, Bruce had been responsible for successfully establishing two leading US software houses in the Asia Pacific region. He has business experience in Australia, Asia and Europe where has had responsibility for software sales, marketing, professional services and business management. |
 | John Keane - Director of Product Management and EngineeringJohn is responsible for Norkom's product management and engineering function where he drives the innovation and product creation process. John brings over 12 years of experience in the IT and Financial Services sectors to the role. Prior to joining Norkom in 1998, he worked with international financial services software company, Misys. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in electronic engineering. |
 | Brian Rowan - Director of Services and Organizational DevelopmentBrian has responsibility for the Professional Services team worldwide and Norkom's organizational development strategy. He has 20 years of experience working internationally in the IT sector in roles including Chief Information Officer at Ericsson Ireland. Brian holds Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Electronic Engineering as well as an MBA. |
 | Liam Davis - Director of FinanceLiam is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance function, with specific responsibility for financial reporting, group taxation, business planning and working capital management. He also works closely with CEO on all regional operational matters. Liam holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. |
