Paul Kerley, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Paul has a 20 year track record of successfully building and leading entrepreneurial teams. Before founding Norkom in 1998, Paul spent five years as a senior manager at Capgemini, introducing and building out its consulting and projects capabilities in Ireland. Previously, Paul held senior roles with Amdahl Corporation and System Industries. He is a graduate of Dublin City University. Paul was named Ernst & Young's "Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2000.

Cecil Hayes, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director

Cecil has over 20 years’ experience in senior operational and financial management positions, most recently in the financial services and technology sectors. He spent 10 years as finance director of two publicly quoted companies. He was also chairman of Vivas Health, from its entrance into the Irish Health Insurance market in 2004 until its sale to Hibernian in April 2008. Cecil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Liam Davis, CFO and Company Secretary
Liam has been with Norkom since 1998 and is a key member of the senior management team. As director of finance, he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance function, with specific responsibility for investor relations, financial reporting, group taxation, business planning and working capital management. Liam holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Kilian Colleran - Chief Technical Officer

A founding member of Norkom, Kilian is responsible for product technical architecture, product delivery and implementation. He has over 18 years’ experience in a variety of industry sectors and previously worked with leading international businesses including Amdahl, Intel and Capgemini. He holds a first class degree in Industrial Engineering, a first class diploma in systems analysis and a first class master's degree in business studies focusing on Management Information Systems. He is also a chartered engineer, Eur Ing, and a member of FEANI.

Liam Griffin - Chief Commercial Officer

Responsible for Norkom’s global sales operation and worldwide alliance program, Liam joined Norkom in 1999 bringing to the company 20 years of experience selling enterprise level solutions to international blue chip organizations in the financial services, telecommunications and business services sectors. Before joining Norkom, Liam was Director of Sales with Capgemini.

Brian Rowan - Director of Services and Organizational Development

Brian has responsibility for Norkom's Professional Services Team worldwide and overall organizational development strategy. He has 20 years of experience working internationally in the IT sector in roles such as Chief Information Officer at Ericsson Ireland. Brian holds bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Electronic Engineering, as well as an MBA.

John Keane - Director of Product Management and Engineering

John is responsible for Norkom's product management and engineering function where he drives the innovation and product creation process. John brings over 14 years of experience in the IT and Financial Services sectors to the role. Prior to joining Norkom in 1998, he worked with international financial services software company, Misys. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in electronic engineering.
