Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company') 15 December 2009
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 6,750 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange. These ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the employee share ownership plan on 15 December 2009 and application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange on 21 December 2009. These ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
