On 29th September 2009, the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted options over ordinary shares of €0.01 each to the following directors at an exercise price of €1.25

-  1,450,000 options to Paul Kerley.

-  850,000 options to Cecil Hayes.

-  575,000 options to Liam Davis.

The options are granted pursuant to the terms of the 2006 Share Option Plan (as amended) and are subject to the achievement of minimum performance targets by the Company in the three years to 31 March 2012.
