Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 6,750 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange.

Norkom received notification on 17 August 2009 that Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited has a disclosable interest, as at 17 August 2009, in 4,585,110 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, representing 5.12% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Further to the Annual General Meeting held on 3 July 2009 the High Court of Ireland has approved the reduction of capital application by the Company. The Companies Registration Office has today issued a certificate of registration of the Court Order confirming the reduction of capital.
