Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on 3rd March 2009 that on 28 November 2008, Shane Reihill, Non-Executive Chairman of Norkom, and companies controlled by him agreed to purchase 370,991 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in Norkom from the Estate of the late Frank Reihill at a price of €0.81 per share.  As a result of administrative delays relating to the Estate, this transaction was completed on 12 February 2009.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 2,808 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange.
