Norkom received notification on the 23rd September 2008 that as of 23rd September 2008, TVC has a total holding of 25,814,346 ordinary shares of the Company,of which 25,580,409 are registered in the name of Trinity Venture Capital Limited and 233,937 are registered in the name of TVC Holdings PLC. The total holding represents 28.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
