Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on 24th November 2008 that Kieran Nagle, a non-executive director of Norkom, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each at a price of €0.88 per share to a pension scheme of which he is the sole beneficiary.

Subsequent to the transaction, Kieran Nagle’s beneficial ownership remains the same at 555,540 ordinary shares, representing 0.621% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
