September 12, 2008 - Dublin, Ireland Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company') Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 7,596 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange. These ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the employee share ownership plan on 12 September 2008 and application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchanges on 18 September 2008.
