Liam Davis, the current Company Secretary of Norkom, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Norkom Group PLC at a meeting of the Board of Directors on 6th June 2008. This change in directorship is to take effect from 9th June 2008.

Liam (aged 36), a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, has been with the company since 1998 and has been Company Secretary since 1st May 2007.
