Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on 19th June 2008, that 10,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were purchased by Luc Philips, a director of Norkom, at a price of €1.55 per share on 19th June 2008.

Subsequent to the purchase of these shares Luc Philips’ beneficial shareholding in the Company is 82,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
