The Company was informed on 8th August 2008 that Luc Philips, a director of Norkom, purchased the following shares:

• On August 1st 1,671 shares were purchased at a price of €1.25
• On August 5th 5,000 shares were purchased at a price of €1.25

Subsequent to the purchase of these shares Luc Philips' beneficial shareholding in the Company is 88,671 ordinary shares, representing 0.099% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
