Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 49,407 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchanges.

These ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of employee share options on 12 July, 2007 and application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchanges on 23 July 2007. These ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
