The Company was informed on the 5th July 2007, that on the 5th July 2007, 1,451,979 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were transferred from Norkom Nominees Limited to Cecil Hayes, an executive director and Chief Operations Officer of Norkom.

Norkom Nominees Limited was holding these 1,451,979 ordinary shares in trust for Cecil Hayes.

Subsequent to the transfers, Cecil Hayes' beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 1,479,270 ordinary shares, representing 1.826% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
