Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company') Norkom received notifications on the 2nd August 2006 that Kilian Colleran, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, transferred 79,305 ordinary shares to friends & family. As part of this transfer to friends & family there was 498 ordinary shares of €0.01 each transfered to Colm Crossan. Kilian Colleran was holding 79,305 ordinary shares in trust for these individuals and does not or did not have a beneficial interest in the 79,305 ordinary shares. Subsequent to the transfers, Kilian Colleran's shareholding is 3,323, 220 ordinary shares, representing 4.12% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital, and he is the beneficial holder of these shares. Subsequent to the transfers, Colm's Crossan's shareholding is 1,750,110 ordinary shares, representing 2.17% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital, of which Colm Crossan holds 39,408 in trust for third parties.
