Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on 7 September 2007 that on 3 August 2007, 25,789 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were acquired by John Tracey, a non-executive director of Norkom, pursuant to the placing of ordinary shares by the Company at that date.

Further, pursuant to the initial public offering of TVC Holdings plc, of which John Tracey is chief executive, on 11 July 2007, 9,120 Norkom ordinary shares of €0.01 each, held by Trinity Venture Fund I on behalf of John Tracey, were exchanged for ordinary shares in TVC Holdings plc.

Subsequent to the transactions, John Tracey's beneficial ownership is 701,013 ordinary shares, representing 0.79% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
