The Company was informed on the 26th September 2007, that on the 26th September 2007, 42,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were transferred from Norkom Nominees Limited to Luc Philips, a director of Norkom.

Norkom Nominees Limited was holding these 42,000 ordinary shares in trust for Luc Philips. Subsequent to the transfers, Luc Philips’ beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 42,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
