Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on 14th November 2007, that 25,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were purchased by Luc Philips, a director of Norkom, at a price of €1.58 per share on 14th November 2007.

Subsequent to the purchase of these shares Luc Philips’ beneficial shareholding in the Company is 72,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
