Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

The Company was informed on the 9th August 2006 that on the same date, 39,408 ordinary shares of €0.01 each were transferred from Colm Crossan, Company Secretary of Norkom Group plc to friends and family.

Colm Crossan was holding 39, 408 ordinary shares in trust for these individuals and does not or did not have a beneficial interest in the 39,408 ordinary shares. Subsequent to the transfers, Colm Crossan's beneficial shareholding is 1,710,702 ordinary shares, representing 2.12% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
