Norkom Group plc today announced that Denis O'Brien is resigning as a non-executive director of the Board of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Mr O'Brien confirmed that the demands of growing his international business interests, extensive travel schedule, and other family commitments meant that he could no longer devote the time required to the directorship of Norkom. His decision to resign takes effect immediately.

Commenting on the announcement, the Chairman of Norkom Group, Shane Reihill, said 'On behalf of the Board of Norkom, I would like to thank Denis for his significant contribution to the Group since his appointment as a Director in 2000 and wish him continued success for the future.
