Norkom Group plc ('Norkom' or the 'Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 73,000 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.

These ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of employee share options on 15th December 2006, and application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the AIM and IEX Markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchanges on 28th December 2006. These ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
